Let's celebrate our theme through music! 🎵

We invite every SESA country to take part in the Anthem of Generations Songwriting Competition — to create our official SESA Staff Conference 2026 song.

Purpose:
To express our worship and unity as we exalt the Lord who reigns over nations and generations.

Guidelines:
• One Song per Country: Each country may submit one original entry.
• Performers: The song may be performed by a soloist or a group/choir.
• Language: Lyrics should primarily be in English, but may include minimal local languages for expression or emphasis.
• Theme Alignment: Must reflect the SESA StaffCon 2026 theme and its five focus points.
• Originality: Melody and lyrics should be original and inspiring.
• Message & Impact: Encourages spiritual renewal and regional unity.

Note: If you are interested to join, kindly coordinate with your country point persons for alignment and clear communications since we will be accepting one entry per country only.

Every day counts as we prepare our hearts and cover this gathering in prayer. We're inviting you to sign up for a 30-minute prayer slot to intercede for our conference, our nations, and the Lord's work across Southeast Asia.

How It Works:
• Choose a day and time that works for you.
• Commit to 30 minutes of focused prayer.
• Pray for the conference theme, speakers, participants, and spiritual breakthrough.

Why This Matters:
This conference isn't just an event — it's a spiritual milestone. Your prayers will cover every day leading up to May 2026, creating a foundation of faith and expectation for what God will do.

Who are considered as SESA Full Time Staff?

There are several full time staff serving in SESA but are from another country. Are they considered full time staff of SESA?

For expats, do they write their citizenship or the country where they are serving?

Can a staff register even if he/she does not yet have a passport yet, but has plans to apply at a later time?

Is there a maximum age of children to be allowed to join?

Will NST who are still going through training by the conference dates (May 25-29) be considered already as Full-Time Staff, and therefore will not need to pay the conference fees?

Do families need to write the passport expiry date of all attending staff & family members?

If a family has only 1 child aged 12 yo and up, will he be required to pay for the cost of a 3rd person adult in the room?

For a family with 3 young children, will the hotel allow them to stay in 1 room?

Can we request another hotel room type?

For staff bringing their children, what is the process of payment for their conference fees?

How much are the conference fees for children?

When is the deadline for payment of conference fees?

Will staff be allowed to leave the conference before it ends?
